The shareholders comprises of ASSAR Properties Sdn Bhd (70 %) and GGC Pte Ltd. (30 %) formerly known as Green Gas Corporation Pte Ltd, a Singapore based company.

APPL ENGINEERING SERVICES SDN BHD is registered with Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) as a Class ‘A’ contractor under the Civil Engineering and Building Works category and having a Grade ‘G7’ category under Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB).
