ASSAR Group through ASSAR Senari Holdings Sdn Bhd, is involved in oil, gas and chemicals related industries located at the ASSAR Senari Industrial Complex. The integrated hi-tech industrial complex consists of an Independent Oil Terminal, the Palm Oil Refinery Complex and its own bulking facility and jetty.

Recognising the potentials of the healthcare industry in Sarawak, ASSAR Group via Columbia Pacific Healthcare (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd has in 1999 established its first private hospital, Columbia Asia Medical Center, in Miri, Sarawak; and is currently constructing its second private hospital in Bintulu, Sarawak due for commissioning by the third quarter of 2009.

Through Sacofa Sdn Bhd, it is involved in construction and provision of telecommunication tower and infrastructure for lease to telecommunication service operators in Sarawak. It is the owner and operator of the East-West Submarine Cable System linking Kuching and Mersing and is in the best position to optimize on its business partners’ on-land Fibre-Optic transmission network spanning Sarawak and Peninsula Malaysia.
