Recognising the potentials of the healthcare industry in Sarawak, ASSAR Group via Columbia Pacific Healthcare (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd has in 1999 established its first private hospital, Columbia Asia Medical Center, in Miri, Sarawak; and is currently constructing its second private hospital in Bintulu, Sarawak due for commissioning by the third quarter of 2009.
Also under the Services & Technology arm of the ASSAR Group of Companies is ASSAR Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, formed in late 2016 which provides business management services to the Group.
